REFUNDS
Please contact me within 14 days of purchase for a full refund minus shipping costs.
Items must be sent back in original packaging, show no signs of wear,no stains,odors,rips,tears or cleaning.
Please remember in the first instance to make use of your enclosed 3 months Guarantee repairs card.
It entitles you to free unlimited repairs on all items within the first 3 months from the date of purchase.
EXCHANGES in the case of ordering the wrong size please contact within 7 days of purchase. Item must not show signs of wear, cleaning ,stains, have smoke or other odors. Please return in original packaging.
If item returned shows signs of damage,stains, smells and is not in original packaging the customer will be charged for the repair and cleaning of the item or items.
SHIPPING is included in all UK orders at this time. International shipping coming in 2024
