REFUNDS
Please contact me within 14 days of purchase for a full refund minus shipping costs only if the following is in place:
Items must be sent back in original packaging.
Show no signs of wear,
No stains,odors,rips,tears or cleaning.
Please remember in the first instance to make use of your enclosed 3 months Guarantee repairs card.
It entitles you to 3 repairs on all items within the first 3 months from the date of purchase.
If purchased through Klarna or Clearpay please proceed through them.
EXCHANGES in the case of ordering the wrong size please contact within 7 days of purchase. Item must not show signs of wear, cleaning ,stains, have smoke or other odors. Please return in original packaging.
If item returned shows signs of damage,stains, smells and is not in original packaging the customer will be charged for the repair and cleaning of the item or items before the exchange can proceed.
Exchanges on ooak (one of a kind items)
This unfortunately is not possible.
The item would either have to be
1) Completely remade
2) Altered.
ALTERATIONS
In the case of our crochet products .
I can add length or take length away (unless it's mohair or mohair blend).
If the waistband is too big elastic thread can be crocheted in.
Please remember to add this as an option for crochet skirts,shorts, trousers.
Please let me know what the exact issue is so I can most likely alter the piece at no extra cost.
For remakes , the piece will be remade for a small additional fee for rebuying materials.
No refund will be issued and postage fees are to be paid by the customer if International.
UK customers enjoy free return shipping.
SHIPPING is included in all UK orders at this time. International shipping coming in 2025
CLEARPAY is available after checkout. The basket total is divided into 4 payments over 6 weeks. The first being paid at checkout.

The first payment due at checkout.
